How can we work together to decide what story to tell, how to tell it, and what we need to bring it to life?
In Lower School performing arts classes, boys take ownership of every step in the production process–from selecting the script and assigning roles to shaping characters and staging the performance. Working together, boys learn to blend individual talents into a shared vision, building confidence and creativity as they bring their story to life on the stage.

Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic design, second grade boys dream, design, and build their own mixed-media sculptures. In the Guggenheim’s studio, cardboard boxes, paper, and wood become tools for innovation as boys master construction techniques and apply inventive problem solving to transform bold ideas into finished works of art.
How can learning a new language inspire creativity and open new forms of expression?
Daily, full-immersion Spanish classes spark linguistic and creative growth. Boys learn to express ideas in new ways, expanding their ability to problem solve. Through role playing and interactive projects, boys use the target language as a tool for creation–building confidence, cultural awareness, and the ability to connect with others in inventive, dynamic ways.
