Grade Six in Washington, DC

Saint David’s annual trip to the nation's capital continues to be a leading curricular initiative and reflects our mission to incorporate signature travel learning experiences into our educational program. As a culmination to their two-year study of American history, boys visit Gettysburg and Washington, DC. It is during this experience that our boys gain a true appreciation for the importance of civil discourse in a democracy. As seen in our photos, the opportunity to meet with New York representatives Tom Suozzi and Mike Lawlor further affirmed the significance of the trip.
